Your Products, Subscriptions, and Billing Information
You can make changes to your billing information and credit card below. You can also cancel your subscription or renew your subscription.
- To cancel your subscription, click the “cancel” link below. Please note, you will continue to have access to your subscription until your next renewal date (For example, if you renew on 2/1 and cancel on 2/5, you will continue to have access until 3/1). We do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions.
- Your subscription is automatically canceled if your credit card billing fails. To start a canceled subscription again or to renew an old subscription, please click on the “change” link below. This will take you to another checkout process to update or re-enter your billing information, and then will renew your subscription.
- To change your billing or credit card information, click the “change” link below. This will take you to another checkout process to update or re-enter your billing information, it will not bill you again if you are a current subscriber.
***Please note that a “change” link to update your billing or credit card information will only be available for active subscriptions whose renewal date is within the next 30-days. Your renewal date is listed below.
